01Where is my practice data kept?

On your device only. Ueltari Archery has no accounts and no servers, so every round, arrow and note stays in the app's private storage on your phone. See the Privacy Policy.

02I deleted the app and lost my history.

Uninstalling removes the app's local data. If your device backs up app data (iCloud or Google backup), restoring that backup may bring the history back. Otherwise we have no copy to restore, because the data never left your device.

03A score looks wrong for where I placed the arrow.

Scores are computed from the ring the marker centre falls in. Zoom in and re-tap the arrow to adjust its position; line cutters are awarded the higher ring. If the calculated score still seems off, send us the target face size, distance and a screenshot.

04Can I export or share a round?

Where your version offers an export or share option, you can send a round to a coach or save it elsewhere. Sharing is always started by you and goes straight from your device to the app you pick.

05Does the app need internet, location or camera?

No. It works fully offline and does not ask for location, camera, contacts or microphone. Distances are numbers you type, not GPS readings.

06How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the scorecard on this page or email us. Include your device model, OS version and the steps that lead to the problem. Feature ideas are welcome, especially from archers who shoot regularly.
